Technology Project Manager – AI & Digital Innovation
📍 Remote – U.S.
💼 Full-Time
💰 Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000
Help Us Build AI That Helps People
We’re looking for a creative, highly organized, and technology-minded Technology Project Manager – AI & Digital Innovation to join our team and help build the next generation of digital well-being experiences.
A major focus of this role will be supporting the continued development of Bree AI Life Coach—an AI-powered experience designed to help people better understand themselves, navigate everyday challenges, set meaningful goals, build healthier habits, and improve their overall mental health and well-being.
This is not a traditional project management role where you’ll spend your days simply updating project plans and scheduling meetings.
You’ll help organize, build, test, create, and innovate.
You'll work alongside software developers, AI specialists, product leaders, coaches, and other team members to turn ideas into real digital experiences. You'll also get hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies, AI-generated video and content, and the testing and improvement of the experiences we create.
If you're fascinated by AI, enjoy technology, are exceptionally organized and communicative, and want your work to have a positive impact on people's lives, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do
Help Build & Grow Bree AI Life Coach
- Coordinate the development of new Bree AI Life Coach features and experiences
- Work closely with software developers, AI specialists, product leaders, coaches, and other stakeholders
- Help translate ideas and business needs into clear requirements and actionable development projects
- Participate in product discussions and help move ideas from concept through development and release
- Help evaluate Bree's user experience and continually ask: How can we make this more helpful, personal, engaging, and human?
- Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies that could improve Bree and the experiences we provide
- See projects move from an idea to technology that is actually being used to help people
Own the Details & Keep Projects Moving
Organization, follow-through, and communication are central to this position.
You'll:
- Coordinate multiple technology and AI initiatives from planning through completion
- Maintain project plans, requirements, priorities, tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Communicate frequently with team members and stakeholders about progress and next steps
- Follow up proactively to keep projects moving
- Identify roadblocks and work with the appropriate people to resolve them
- Coordinate work across technical, product, creative, and business teams
- Document requirements, decisions, processes, and project status
- Help bring structure, visibility, and accountability to fast-moving projects
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait until a deadline is missed to find out what happened. You naturally follow up, ask questions, communicate, and keep people moving in the same direction.
Play an Active Role in UAT & Product Quality
An important part of this role will be helping ensure that what we build actually works the way we intended—for the people using it.
You'll participate directly in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements, and releases.
This may include:
- Developing and executing UAT scenarios based on requirements and expected user experiences
- Testing new features from the user's perspective, not simply checking whether they technically work
- Identifying bugs, inconsistencies, usability issues, and opportunities to improve the experience
- Clearly documenting issues and communicating them to development teams
- Validating fixes and retesting features before release
- Helping confirm that completed development meets the original requirements and business objectives
- Asking the important question: “Does this actually work the way we intended for the person using it?”
Get Hands-On With AI
This is also an opportunity to use AI—not just manage AI projects.
Depending on the project, you may:
- Create AI-generated videos and digital content
- Experiment with AI voice, video, imagery, and conversational technologies
- Work with platforms such as Synthesia, HeyGen, InVideo, ElevenLabs, or similar tools
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI platforms
- Research and test new AI technologies
- Help determine whether emerging AI capabilities could improve our products and user experience
- Help create engaging educational and well-being content for Bree
You don't need to be an AI engineer or professional video producer.
We're much more interested in finding someone who is curious, creative, technically comfortable, willing to experiment, and able to learn new technologies quickly.
Who We're Looking For
This could be an ideal next step for someone who has developed a strong foundation in technology or project management and is ready for more responsibility, more variety, and more opportunity to grow.
Ideally, you bring:
- Approximately 2–5 years of professional experience in technology, project management, software, digital production, or a related area
- Demonstrated experience organizing projects and keeping multiple priorities moving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native English (min High Fluency)
- Exceptional organization and follow-through
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort working with both technical and non-technical team members
- Experience or comfort with hands-on UAT/software testing
- Ability to clearly document bugs, requirements, feedback, and expected outcomes
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with new ideas
- Ability to work independently and communicate proactively in a remote environment
- An interest in using technology to positively impact mental health, well-being, personal growth, and people's everyday lives
Even Better If You Have
You don't need to check every box, but we'd be especially interested in experience with:
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or other project management training/certification
- Jira or similar project tracking platforms
- Agile software development environments
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT), QA, software testing, or release validation
- Creating test scenarios, documenting defects, and validating software fixes
- AI-powered applications or generative AI
- Synthesia, HeyGen, InVideo, ElevenLabs, or similar AI content tools
- ChatGPT, Claude, or other generative AI platforms
- Creating or editing digital video content
- User experience or product testing
- Wellness, coaching, behavioral health, healthcare, or other mission-driven technology
Why This Opportunity Is Different
You'll be working on technology with a purpose.
Bree AI Life Coach is being built to help people better understand themselves, navigate challenges, develop greater self-awareness, set meaningful goals, and take positive steps toward improving their lives and well-being.
You'll also be joining us during an extraordinary period in technology.
AI is evolving rapidly. Advances in conversational AI, voice, video, personalization, and intelligent digital experiences are creating possibilities that didn't exist just a few years ago.
You'll have the opportunity to work with these technologies, experiment with them, and help determine how we turn them into meaningful experiences for people.
And you'll be able to see the results of your work—from an idea discussed with the team, through development and testing, to something that becomes part of the Bree experience.
A Role You Can Grow With
We're intentionally not looking for a 10+ year senior project manager.
We're looking for someone who already has a solid professional foundation but wants an opportunity to learn, take ownership, expand their skills, and become an increasingly important part of a growing technology and AI organization.
As Bree AI Life Coach and our AI capabilities continue to evolve, we expect this position to evolve as well.
- If you're organized enough to keep projects moving, technical enough to learn new tools quickly, creative enough to experiment with AI, detail-oriented enough to test what we build, and communicative enough to bring people together, we'd love to hear from you.
