About the Opportunity
The Project Manager oversees the complete lifecycle of technology projects, ensuring alignment with customer agreements and organizational frameworks. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks and finances, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage project plans aligned with scope, objectives, and customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions successfully.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve business and technical issues.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
• Track project costs and maintain financial health and profitability.
• Facilitate development, review, and approval of project deliverables.
• Ensure projects meet established quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Manage vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate project information in relevant systems.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred certifications such as CSM or PMP.
• Experience managing technology projects preferred.
• Consulting, contracting, or value-added reseller (VAR) experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Organizational flexibility and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience managing multi-technology projects preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Agile or other project management frameworks preferred.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
• Estimated pay range: $100,000 to $115,000 USD per year.
• Actual salary may vary based on location, experience, skills, performance, certifications, and business needs.
• Potential eligibility for variable incentive compensation, including bonuses or commissions.
