Hiring: Certification & Compliance Project Specialist / Compliance Project Manager.
accel bi corporation is seeking an experienced Certification & Compliance Project Specialist for a fully remote W-2 opportunity.
Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 gross annually, inclusive of all benefits

Key responsibilities:
• Support project teams with federal certification and compliance activities
• Assist in leading certification workstream meetings
• Maintain certification artifacts and document repositories
• Co-manage certification evidence trackers
• Identify, recommend, and manage solution evidence
• Develop narratives supporting readiness and operational reviews
• Coordinate system demonstrations and certification deliverables
• Track certification schedules, risks, and policy updates
• Collaborate with business leads, project teams, vendors, and federal stakeholders
• Support readiness activities for CRR, DAP, PDM, and ORR cycles
Required qualifications:
• 5+ years of project management experience, including matrix or direct-report team management
• Experience managing scope, schedules, quality, change, financials, and multiple priorities
• Client-facing information systems implementation experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, MITA Pulse, or similar tracking tools
• Exceptional technical writing skills, including playbooks and manuals
• 3+ years of healthcare-related experience, ideally involving analytics or reporting
• 2+ years of CMS Medicaid Enterprise Certification Life Cycle experience
• Experience preparing for ORR cycles and managing certification evidence
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with CMS and MITRE teams
