About The Role

We're looking for a seasoned Marketing Account Manager — not just a communicator, but a strategic operator who knows how to run and scale paid campaigns, funnels, and creative for real businesses.

Your job is to act as the Head Strategist for your portfolio of 25–30 renovation & trade clients. You will own the client relationship, lead strategy, oversee ads and funnels, and ultimately be responsible for their growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for 25–30 tradie clients (think: builders, bathroom renovators, roofing companies, etc.)
• Be the point of contact for clients — running strategy calls, reviews, and WhatsApp support
• Build and optimise Facebook Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, and funnels
• Craft campaign briefs and coordinate with internal creative, tech, and media buying teams
• Spot and diagnose campaign performance issues (CTR, CPL, funnel drop-off) and resolve them quickly
• Write or QA copy, creative, and strategy to ensure alignment and conversion
• Help clients understand their results, growth plan, and next moves
• Report weekly on performance metrics, wins, and next steps
• Work toward stepping into a Lead Strategist role, growing a team under you

You Are

• A+ communicator who can hold the room in a Zoom call with business owners
• Calm under pressure and commercially savvy
• Have agency experience managing performance marketing for 10+ clients at once
• OR you've been the head of marketing or growth for a high-growth trade/solar/renovation business
• Comfortable working in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HighLevel etc.
• Obsessed with client results, not just vanity metrics
• Able to work with a high degree of independence and accountability

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work as a full-time contractor (ABN required)
• Experience managing $50K–$100K+ ad spend/month across Meta & Google
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and follow-up automation
• Available for weekly client calls, team meetings, and daily async communication
• Bonus: Experience working with trade businesses or home service industries
