Job Description: Product Owner 

As a Product Owner at TradeCafé, you will be at the forefront of driving the vision and development of our products. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into actionable user stories and manage the product backlog effectively. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the development team delivers products that align with the company's vision and strategy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into user stories. 
• Ensure that the development team understands the product backlog and priorities. 
• Review and accept completed work to ensure it meets the definition of done. 
• Continuously refine and adjust the product backlog based on feedback and changing requirements. 
• Communicate product vision and goals to the development team. 
• Engage with customers and users to gather feedback and insights.
