Job Title: Product Owner Data & AI Focus Location: Remote Contract Length: 12 Months Overview: We re seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with a strong background in Data and AI initiatives to lead product strategy and execution within a high-impact team. This is a remote, contract role with a May 19th start date. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of data-driven platforms, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex products in agile environments. Key Responsibilities: Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for data and AI-related initiatives Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, business) to define features and deliver value Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos Prioritize work based on impact, risk, and technical constraints Ensure alignment between product delivery and business goals Requirements: 8 10 years of total experience, with at least 6+ years in a Product Owner or similar product-focused role Strong background or focus in Data and AI products Experience working with Databricks (nice to have) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to lead remote, agile teams Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
