About the role…

This is a client services-led role within a fast-paced, growing agency. As Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring the smooth delivery of campaigns across content, paid social, TikTok Shop, and digital activity. This is not a hands-on execution role instead, the focus is on managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, overseeing delivery, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly and effectively.

What you’ll be doing day to day…

• Managing and developing relationships across a portfolio of key client accounts

• Acting as the main day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication

• Coordinating internal creative, social, and paid teams to deliver campaigns effectively

• Managing projects across TikTok Shop, content, paid social, and digital campaigns

• Taking briefs, managing workflows, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to scope

• Running client meetings, providing updates, and overseeing campaign delivery

• Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve delivery

• Ensuring projects are well organised, commercially aware, and aligned to client goals

About you…

You’ll be an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a background in a creative, social, or digital agency. You’ll be confident managing client relationships, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Most importantly, you must have previous experience working with TikTok Shop campaigns or clients within an agency environment, even if this hasn’t been in a hands-on capacity.

• Experience in an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager role within an agency

• Previous experience working with TikTok Shop campaigns or clients is essential

• Strong understanding of social content, paid social, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns

• Confident client-facing communicator with strong relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management

• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure

• A genuine interest in creative, social, and digital marketing
