Product & Partnerships Manager
Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic, multi-faceted professional to drive Allwis's growth through compelling content creation, strategic partnerships, and hands-on product development. This role combines creative storytelling, business development acumen, and product expertise to accelerate our mission of transforming how professionals work with data through reliable AI.
As our Product & Partnerships Manager, you'll be the voice of Allwis across multiple channels while identifying and cultivating strategic relationships that expand our market reach. You'll work closely with our engineering and business teams to ensure our product meets market needs and our messaging resonates with our diverse customer segments.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Marketing (40%)
- Product Video Production: Create engaging demo videos, feature walkthroughs, customer testimonials, and educational content that showcase Allwis's unique value across our target segments (SMBs, Enterprise, Vertical Markets, OEM Partners)
- Blog Content Strategy: Write technical and business-focused blog posts covering AI trends, data analysis best practices, industry use cases, and product announcements
- Content Optimization: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice ("casual but professional, friendly, direct") and supports our messaging framework ("Reliable AI. Seriously Productive.")
Partnership Development (30%)
- Strategic Partnership Research: Identify and evaluate potential integration partners, channel partners, and OEM opportunities across our target verticals (Finance, Marketing, OEM)
- Partner Outreach & Relationship Building: Initiate conversations with potential partners, manage relationship development, and support partnership negotiations
- Channel Partner Enablement: Create partner-facing materials, training content, and co-marketing assets to support successful integrations and joint go-to-market efforts
Product Testing & Development (30%)
- Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing of new features across Excel, Google Sheets, and web interfaces, with particular focus on multi-LLM orchestration and enterprise governance features
- Product Feedback Loop: Gather and synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights to inform product roadmap decisions
- Feature Advocacy: Work with engineering to ensure new capabilities meet market needs and can be effectively communicated to our diverse user base
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights on feature gaps, pricing strategies, and market positioning opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or business development, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets), basic understanding of AI/LLM technologies, and ability to quickly learn new technical concepts
- Content Creation Skills: Proven experience creating video content (editing, scripting, production) and writing technical blog posts or marketing content
- Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Partnership Experience: Track record of identifying, developing, and managing business partnerships or channel relationships
- Analytical Mindset: Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
- Self-Directed: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- In depth experience with AI/ML tools, data analysis platforms
- Good understanding of finance
- Video production and editing expertise
- Previous experience with OEM partnerships or white-label software solutions
- Hands on experience with complex spreadsheet tasks
Success Metrics
- Content Performance: Video engagement rates, blog traffic and lead generation, social media reach and engagement
- Partnership Pipeline: Number of qualified partnership opportunities identified and advanced through development stages
- Product Quality: Bug detection rates, feature adoption metrics, customer satisfaction scores
- Revenue Impact: Attribution of partnerships and content to pipeline generation and closed revenue
- Market Intelligence: Quality and actionability of competitive insights and customer feedback provided to product and sales teams
