About the Opportunity:
The BUSINESS SYSTEMS PRODUCT MANAGER role is a senior individual contributor position within the Customer Excellence Group. The role is responsible for owning and executing a key area of the Customer Success Platform (CSP), translating business priorities into effective platform capabilities. This position directly impacts how the customer success organization operates by driving product adoption and improving customer outcomes through automation and AI integration.
Responsibilities:
- Own a major workstream within the CSP product roadmap from problem definition to delivery and adoption.
- Prioritize initiatives balancing competing demands using data-informed analysis.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, measurable requirements.
- Develop detailed business requirements documents outlining current and future processes.
- Ensure precise and timely delivery of features in partnership with engineering teams.
- Maintain program clarity including scope, milestones, risks, and status.
- Deliver user experiences that encourage smooth adoption by users.
- Plan and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) including test case creation and execution.
- Communicate release updates effectively to stakeholders and users.
- Integrate AI-first approaches to automate workflows and enhance customer success activities.
- Monitor AI trends applicable to customer success and contribute to feature design.
- Define and track metrics for adoption, usage, and business impact.
- Use data-driven frameworks to justify investments and demonstrate value.
- Communicate roadmap and outcomes to senior executives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and navigate organizational dynamics strategically.
- Establish and uphold high standards for product management practices within the team.
- Identify and address systemic gaps across the platform and teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in product management or related roles in enterprise technology with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience managing and delivering product roadmaps in complex environments.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and technology teams.
- Experience in high-pressure environments managing competing priorities.
- Skilled in presenting strategy and program status to senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for AI and experience incorporating AI or automation into product strategies.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
