What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire high-performing engineering teams as the company scales fast.
• Architect systems that handle massive data flows
• Work side-by-side with AI, product, and design teams to bring big ideas to life.
• Build and scale back-end systems in Python/Golang and cloud-native tech.
• Jump into front-end or data projects when it helps move things forward
• Hire great engineers, coach them to grow, and help shape a culture of creativity, ownership, and impact.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading or managing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in Backend Frameworks, distributed systems, and data processing pipelines.
• Strong background in cloud platforms and scalable architectures.
• Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or data-heavy products.
• (Bonus) You’ve explored AI, ML, or ad tech
