In this remote leadership role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-voltage substation protection and control designs, while providing strategic oversight of resources, budgets, and client relationships. You will guide engineers through complex transmission and distribution projects, ensure technical excellence, and partner with senior leadership on business development, recruiting, and long-term growth.

This role would suit a Substation Engineering Manager with a PE license and P&C experience, looking to play an integral role in a growing organization, while receiving leadership training and clear progression to VP level and beyond.

The Role:

• Fully remote role, leading a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-voltage substation protection and control designs

The Person:

• Manager with experience in high voltage substation layouts, relays, protection and controls work
• Professional Engineering license and a Bachelor’s degree
