Technical Product Manager – Build the Future of Voice AI (Remote Germany)

Are you ready to shape the next generation of voice AI? We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to join an ambitious, fast-growing start-up redefining how companies handle customer interactions.

My client, a Berlin-based Series A start-up with €20M in funding, backed by top-tier investors, building a no-code platform that deploys AI-powered voice agents. Our technology automates phone calls for contact centres and BPO operations at scale, saving thousands of hours for teams, answering more calls than human operators, and handling millions of interactions with near-perfect uptime.

This is your chance to own products from zero to one, working at the intersection of AI, engineering, and customer impact. If you love coding, prototyping, and creating products that truly move the needle, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full product lifecycle—from customer discovery to validated prototypes and production
• Rapidly build functional MVPs using AI-assisted dev tools like Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor, and more
• Talk to customers constantly to uncover real pain points and opportunities
• Design and implement AI-native product features leveraging LLMs, agentic AI patterns, and tool integration
• Measure and evaluate AI feature performance, reliability, and user satisfaction

Who You Are:

• 3–6 years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping 0-to-1 products
• Hands-on experience building AI prototypes, comfortable writing code to test ideas quickly
• Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic AI, function calling, and RAG patterns
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and modern development practices
• You use AI tools daily for productivity and know how to apply them effectively
• Self-starter mindset—you move fast, take ownership, and thrive in high-autonomy environments
• Excited by start-up energy, rapid iteration, and building products that solve real problems

Bonus Points:

• Experience building, testing, or evaluating AI agents
• Previous start-up/founding team experience
• You know when a product is “good enough to test”
