Brand Marketing Partnership ManagerLocation: Remote UK

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

Contract: Permanent

Twinkl, a global leader in educational resources, is seeking a proactive and motivated Brand Marketing Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and monitoring innovative marketing campaigns that leverage intellectual properties from organisations like Paramount, Mattel, NFL, and Netflix. By integrating these partnerships into compelling marketing campaigns, you will enhance Twinkl’s presence, engage educators, and drive business growth.

Your Responsibilities:Partnership marketing campaigns

  • Work closely with the Sr Brand Partnership Manager to help develop the partnership campaign strategy.
  • Support the Sr Brand Partnership Manager to deliver end-to-end execution of integrated partner marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, joint events, and digital advertising.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Creative, Local teams) and partner stakeholders to ensure seamless development and deployment of co-marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Ensure all joint marketing materials are brand-compliant and represent both parties effectively.

Performance analysis and insights:

  • Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of all partner marketing campaigns against defined KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimise performance and report outcomes as requested by Sr Brand Partnership Manager.
  • Use data insights to optimize current campaigns, inform future strategies, and drive continuous improvement in partner marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide regular performance updates and reports to internal stakeholders and partners.

Stakeholder management:

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure campaigns effectively communicate the value of these partnerships and align with Twinkl’s brand objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive, and trusting relationships with key marketing contacts at partner organizations to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet all deadlines
  • Help with the development of localised approaches to maximise the impact of partnerships in diverse markets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on partner marketing, channel marketing, or strategic alliances.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Adaptable thinker who can align partner goals with company objectives.
  • Proactive with excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage external relationships.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing with a strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Methodical, highly organised, accurate and execution-focused.
