Sales Performance Manager (2IC to Head of Sales) Full-Time Remote (Australia-based) Reports to: Head of Sales and Chief of Growth About The Role We are hiring a full-time Sales Performance Manager who will operate as the 2IC to our Head of Sales. This is a key leadership position for someone ready to take ownership of sales coaching, process optimisation, and team performance across our high-energy sales department of 18+ closers and setters. You’ll be leading from the front, coaching in the trenches, and helping scale our team’s performance through structure, systems, and people-first leadership. This role is equal parts strategy, execution, and inspiration. Key Responsibilities
- Drive performance across the sales funnel by refining and implementing scalable sales systems
- Lead sales meetings, daily huddles, and ongoing team training with consistency and clarity
- Review sales calls and coach for improvement, with clear feedback loops
- Track and report on KPIs across individuals and the whole team
- Own the onboarding and ongoing development of all setters and closers
- Take sales calls regularly to model best-practice techniques
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, client success, and growth teams
- Build a team culture that thrives on results, learning, and high-vibe energy
