This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Coastal Community Bank. We are currently looking for a Product Manager II in the United States. We are seeking a Product Manager II to define, deliver, and optimize products that drive measurable business outcomes. This role will partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to create solutions that enhance both customer-facing products and internal platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will own product initiatives end-to-end, apply hypothesis-driven development, and leverage insights to improve user experiences while supporting scalable, compliant solutions. This is a high-impact position where your work will directly influence growth, efficiency, and the evolution of modern banking services. Accountabilities

  • Own the product lifecycle for initiatives, from ideation to launch and iteration, prioritizing customer value and business impact
  • Advocate for customer needs through research, feedback, and data-driven insights to guide product decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and compliance to deliver high-quality products efficiently
  • Apply hypothesis-driven approaches, including A/B testing and experimentation, to validate ideas and optimize performance
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product performance, internal workflows, and user experience
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps by synthesizing insights from customers, market trends, and internal metrics
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation, to propose improvements to products and processes
  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to validate ideas, resolve issues, and build transparency and trust

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or graduate degree preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, or management consulting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience translating product strategy into actionable execution plans, including product requirements and go-to-market coordination
  • Familiarity with hypothesis-driven development, agile methodologies, and A/B testing
  • Commercially minded with understanding of financial and business levers affecting product decisions
  • Curiosity for emerging technologies, such as AI, data platforms, and fintech infrastructure
  • Experience or knowledge of Banking-as-a-Service, embedded finance, or blockchain is a plus
