The Role
As Sharon AI continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Product Manager – Bare Metal & Infrastructure Services to join our Product team and own the strategy and commercial development of the foundational GPU compute, networking and storage services behind our AI infrastructure portfolio, reporting to our Lead Product Manager.
In this role, you'll define and evolve dedicated GPU infrastructure products, from managed and pure bare metal to customer-operated environments, ensuring they are scalable, commercially viable and operationally robust. You'll collaborate with specialist teams across Sharon AI and help shape the infrastructure powering the next generation of AI.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Own the roadmap, requirements and lifecycle of bare metal and infrastructure services.
• Define managed bare metal, pure bare metal and customer-operated offerings, including AICP and non-AICP variants.
• Shape GPU compute, networking, storage, provisioning and access management capabilities.
• Create supported configurations, product catalogues and clear service boundaries.
• Develop service packaging, SKUs, consumption models and pricing requirements with Finance.
• Translate customer needs into standardised, repeatable infrastructure products.
• Work with Architecture, Platform Engineering and Operations on automation, reliability and launch readiness.
• Improve provisioning speed, utilisation, lifecycle management and service performance.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Architecture on strategic customer opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
• 5–8+ years of relevant technology experience, including technical product management.
• Experience owning infrastructure, cloud compute, bare metal or related technology products.
• Strong knowledge of compute, networking, storage and cloud infrastructure service models.
• Ability to develop roadmaps, technical requirements, commercial propositions and launch plans.
• Commercial judgement across pricing, utilisation, margins and infrastructure economics.
• Confidence working across engineering, operations, sales and finance stakeholders.
• Strong communication, customer focus and independent ownership.
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience; Australian work eligibility.
Nice to have:
• GPU cloud, neocloud, hyperscale cloud, IaaS or dedicated hosting experience.
• NVIDIA infrastructure, InfiniBand, bare metal orchestration, BMC or virtualisation knowledge.
• Experience with infrastructure SLAs, APIs, AICP requirements or consumption pricing.
