Product Owner

We are looking for a senior-level Product Owner to support the rollout of an existing solution to lottery customers and contribute to further product development. You will act as the key liaison between stakeholders and engineering, ensuring the product evolves in line with customer needs and strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally within web or mobile product environments
• Experience in product-based companies or start-ups
• Background in lottery or financial/transactional systems
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools
• Experience running workshops, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, and translating them into user stories
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication skills, independence, and ownership mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud-based environments
• International project experience
• Previous work in large corporate settings

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer engagements (workshops, discussions, product demos)
• Translate customer input into functional/business requirements and user stories
• Work closely with engineering and QA to support delivery and testing
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders during the implementation phase
• Prepare business documentation, user guides, and release toolkits
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to align on product vision and roadmap
