About the Opportunity:
The AGILE PRODUCT OWNER will play a crucial role in guiding software development projects by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and maintain product backlogs. This role ensures that development efforts align with organizational goals and customer expectations, directly impacting project success and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize business needs to maximize delivered value.
- Support vision and roadmap communication during application development.
- Lead planning activities to promote team autonomy and predictability.
- Manage Scrum team backlogs with high-quality user stories.
- Accept user stories meeting acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and feedback collection.
- Ensure timely delivery of features that meet or exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver projects on time and uphold quality standards.
- Define and align development roadmaps, milestones, and release plans.
- Participate actively in scrum events and team meetings.
- Build and leverage effective working relationships.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work effectively in a mostly remote environment with regular on-camera meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in product ownership or product management.
- U.S. citizenship required to comply with federal regulations.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies in software development.
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and prioritization focus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Alignment with core organizational values including impact, safety, respect, integrity, and teamwork.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The expected hiring range for this position is $106,455.00 - $166,069.80.
- The pay offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
