Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and backend development. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and managing large-scale FinTech products, along with experience in modernizing legacy systems and supporting **mission-critical applications operating 24/**7.

This role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive development across distributed onshore and offshore teams

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript
• Lead backend development efforts, including API design, microservices, and system integrations
• Architect and implement microservices-based systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
• Drive modernization of legacy systems into scalable and maintainable architectures
• Manage and support high-availability FinTech platforms operating in 24/7 environments
• Ensure high-quality code, performance optimization, and system reliability
• Provide L3 production support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore development teams
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and FinTech industry standards

Must-Have SkillCore Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and TypeScript
• Solid experience in full stack development (6+ years)
• Strong backend development expertise including:
• API development (REST / GraphQL)
• Microservices architecture
• Distributed systems design
• Frontend Experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices

Domain & Product Experience

• Proven experience working on large-scale FinTech product development
• Experience in product support, enhancements, and modernization initiatives
• Strong understanding of financial systems, transactions, or payment platforms (preferred

Operations & Leadership

• Hands-on experience supporting 24/7 production environments
• Strong exposure to incident management, SLA adherence, and support processes
• Experience in leading distributed teams (onshore & offshore)
• Ability to drive delivery across multiple time zonesStakeholder Management

• Strong ability to engage and manage senior business stakeholders
• Experience working across multiple business lines
