QA Project Analyst

QA Project Analyst - Remote Working - 12 Month Contract Located on the picturesque west coast of Ireland, our Global pharmaceutical client is looking for a QA Project Analyst to join their state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility. They have invested $55 billion in research to discover and develop new medicines in the pursuit of scientific breakthroughs and changing people’s lives. They have 50,000 employees around the world and are continuing to grow. Essential duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Supporting the project team to facilitate delivery of a Quality Assurance project by bridging the gap between the project plan and the desired outputs for success
• Data Gathering- Gathering data from multiple sources and consolidating to establish a clear relationship between the Data.
• Data Analysis- Review consolidated data and perform gap analysis against Quality Documentation requirements to support project objective.
• Collaborating with Project Manager & Project Team to formulate a plan to address gaps identified
• Supporting the project team to coordinate project activities that involve local sites.
• Creation of presentations, reports, and project related topics to ensure effective communication to stakeholders

Desirable Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Science: Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology
• Requires extensive experience in quality assurance and/or quality process oversight
• Experience in the use of quality documentation: Quality Legislation, Lab Specifications & SOPs.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel for performing data analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate and partner across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience working in both a team setting and independently.
• Works well with minimal manager guidance while able to manage own time effectively.
