Are you a creative strategist who knows how to turn a raw idea into a high-performing ad and scale it fast? This role is your chance to take full ownership of paid social creative at a fast-moving DTC makeup brand that’s built to test, learn, and grow quickly.
You’ll be responsible for scripting, sourcing, briefing, and optimizing UGC and direct-response content across TikTok, TikTok Shop, and Meta. If you’ve worked in performance-led creative, know what actually drives conversions, and want to own results, you’ve found the role for you.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Run structured creative research across ad libraries, competitors, and audience behavior to extract high-performing angles, hooks, and objections that feed into winning campaigns
- Craft thumb-stopping, direct-response scripts for Meta and TikTok that consistently drive clicks, engagement, and improve ROAS
- Own the UGC workflow end-to-end, from sourcing and briefing creators to reviewing and optimizing output, with a focus on scalable, performance-driven content
- Deliver clear, actionable briefs to editors and designers to reduce revision cycles and accelerate time to launch
- Analyze performance data via Meta Ads Manager, Atria, and other tools to spot creative patterns, iterate quickly, and double down on top performers
- Stay on top of beauty and short-form video trends to ensure all creative feels current, relevant, and competitive
- Collaborate closely with the founder and project manager to ensure creative output is directly aligned with campaign goals and revenue targets.

- A network of high-quality UGC creators in the beauty or makeup space
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and short-form video content optimized for native selling
- A strong pulse on emerging beauty aesthetics, product storytelling, and emotional triggers that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE30 Days: You’re fully onboarded, aligned with the brand’s tone, creative tools, and workflows. You’ve delivered your first briefs and collaborated with creators to begin testing early concepts.
60 Days: Your creatives are live and driving results. You’ve helped launch campaigns that profitably scale past the $50K/month mark in ad spend while hitting ROAS benchmarks.
90 Days: You’re consistently producing and iterating high-performing creatives that scale to $100K–$200K+ in ad spend. Your systems for creative testing and UGC coordination are running smoothly, and you're actively contributing to revenue growth through data-led iteration.
