• Strong understanding of business process requirements and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and support custom development
• Experience in quality management reviews and governance processes
• Familiarity with organizational change management practices

• Experience in leading requirement gathering and business process story development
• Background in technical excellence governance within a Scrum environment
• Proven ability to provide guidance to developers and assist in client relationships
