What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assess current challenges and partner with leadership to develop strategic plans and initiatives
• Analyze, validate, and support implementation of client project requirements from inception to conclusion
• Plan and lead workshops for gap analysis and training sessions
• Evaluate current processes and recommend areas for improvement and optimization
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 16 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with at least 16 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation (minimum 16 years)
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Curam software V6 or higher (minimum 3 years)
• Familiarity with Data Analysis Tools and Technologies, such as IBM Knowledge Center and Curam Data Dictionary (minimum 5 years)
• Professional experience with project management methodologies (minimum 4 years)
• Experience working with MicroStrategy, HP ExStream, Tableau, Jira, and Salesforce (2 years preferred)
• Knowledge of Change and Release management disciplines related to testing, updating, and integrating hardware and software technologies (2 years preferred)
