What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Participate in project planning phases, including project request refinement and business case development
• Produce feasibility and cost-benefit analysis reports to guide project decisions
• Capture and manage requirements through stakeholder analysis and communication
• Facilitate elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather project requirements
• Provide post-project implementation support and facilitate project meetings as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or three (3) years of equivalent experience
• A Master's degree is preferred
• Understanding of the Business Analyst Book of Knowledge (BABOK)
• Business Analyst CBAP Certification or equivalent industry certification
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle and Requirement Management

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in requirements elicitation, planning, and management
• Familiarity with various systems such as Asset Management, Financial Systems, and Document Management Systems
• Prior experience in SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
• Strong understanding of current and emerging IT products and methodologies
• Excellent contract management and organizational skills
