What you'll do:

• Plan and re-plan feature development for our mobile game
• Monitor and oversee development across all production stages
• Lead and organize team workflows, including people management
• Drive process improvements and evolve the way we work

About you:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mobile game or app development within small teams
• Excellent communication skills — you know how to listen, align, and get to "yes"
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Tempo
