Experience in behavioural change, health and purpose-driven cultures will be prioritised.
This Senior Brand & Engagement Manager role plays a critical part in strengthening community engagement, ensuring brand consistency across international markets and driving subscription revenue. You’ll shape brand strategy while leading high-impact campaigns, content creation, social growth and influencer partnerships that expand reach and deepen audience connection.
This is a role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, thrives in fast-moving environments and has demonstrated the power of authentic storytelling on brand narrative and customer engagement.
About You:
- Proven experience building and scaling a predominantly online brand through content, community and social media marketing, with a powerful voice and a limited budget.
- Background developing brand strategies that deliver audience connection and measurable growth.
- A natural storyteller able to translate complex or sensitive topics into engaging, supportive messaging.
- Commercially aware and data-driven, comfortable using insights and performance metrics to refine activity.
- Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
- Experience delivering campaigns across international or multi-market audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and delivering a brand and engagement strategy across multiple territories, balancing consistency with local relevance.
- Owning and evolving social and community engagement strategy, working with creative colleagues to deliver impactful content.
- Identifying how to work with influencers and partners that strengthen audience trust and reinforce brand narrative.
- Using insight, analytics and testing to optimise messaging, campaigns and engagement performance.
Where You'll Be Based:
This is a fully remote role with a preference for candidates based in the UK.
What’s On Offer:
- Salary in the region of £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience.
