This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be pivotal in executing mid-to large-scale enterprise projects, acting as a key point of contact for clients. You will closely define requirements, facilitate workshops, track deliverables, and support both the project team and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate closely with stakeholders will ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to navigate complex projects effectively. Accountabilities
- Works closely with stakeholders to drive project delivery and ensure the adoption of technical and functional solutions.
- Develops comprehensive documentation including project strategy, scope, requirements, and detailed project plans.
- Identifies, tracks, and manages program level risks, creating project status reports.
- Runs regular project meetings, setting agendas, documenting notes, and managing action items.
- Manages client activities and escalates issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Quickly identifies scope changes and applies change management controls effectively.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in delivering mobility software solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience; PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with technical projects including HRIS, MDM, and financial systems integrations.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS suite, JIRA, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
- Ability to work independently with high levels of autonomy.
