We are partnering with a global technology organisation to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead a business-critical ERP transformation programme with significant data migration and integration requirements.

This is a high-profile role supporting a complex global project environment, working with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving project delivery, managing stakeholders, coordinating resources, and ensuring strong governance throughout the project lifecycle.

The Opportunity

You will initially lead a major ERP transformation involving the migration from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a significant focus on data migration, integration, governance, and stakeholder management.

Following the successful delivery of this programme, you will have the opportunity to support additional ERP, CRM, and business transformation initiatives across finance, sales, and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and business transformation projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Drive governance processes and ensure effective project controls are in place
• Coordinate and align multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with programme leadership, providing regular project reporting and updates
• Partner with finance and accounting teams to monitor and report on project budgets
• Support large-scale data migration and systems integration activities
• Collaborate with Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central teams throughout the transformation process
• Facilitate stakeholder communication across global teams and multiple time zones
• Ensure smooth service transition and operational readiness following project delivery
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes

• Strong Project Management background within enterprise-scale environments
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, resources, governance, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience overseeing data migration and system integration projects
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently
• Experience working within global organisations across different cultures and time zones
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment

Desirable Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience with Oracle ERP platforms
• CRM project experience, particularly Salesforce
• Exposure to finance, accounting, sales, or marketing transformation projects
• Understanding of payment processing, banking, or financial transaction environments
• Experience managing ERP and CRM programmes simultaneously
