Finance Project Manager | 100% Remote

At Astek, we’re looking for a Senior/Expert Project Manager to join a leading company in the Consumer Healthcare / Life Sciences sector, supporting global Finance and Tax transformation initiatives.

This is a fully remote opportunity based in Spain, working in an international environment and leading the business side of global e-invoicing and tax digitalization projects.

💪 Main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the Finance/Tax business workstream within global e-invoicing projects.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, Tax, Digital/IT, and external vendors.
• Support vendor selection processes, including evaluation and scorecard management.
• Facilitate project scoping, testing (UAT), deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Prepare project reporting and updates for senior leadership.
• Partner closely with Digital Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.

👀 Who are you?

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (Senior/Expert level).
• Proven experience delivering international IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• Experience working with Finance-related projects or Finance business teams.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a global environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Additional Skills:

• Experience with e-invoicing, e-reporting, or tax compliance projects.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Exposure to Finance Transformation, ERP implementations, or tax technology initiatives.
• Hungarian language skills.
