This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in United States, Canada. We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to lead and scale a core web product serving thousands of global clients. This role combines product vision, operational execution, and customer-centric strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will drive roadmap prioritization, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Success in this position requires commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. The role offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions directly impact adoption, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across enterprise SaaS solutions. Accountabilities:

  • Define, execute, and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Drive product prioritization using insights from data analytics, customer feedback, and market intelligence
  • Lead discovery and validation processes to ensure solutions effectively address customer problems
  • Expand product capabilities, including AI/automation integration, to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to translate product features into customer-facing messaging and enablement tools
  • Lead 1-2 product squads, fostering alignment and execution without direct authority
  • Track and communicate key business metrics such as adoption rates, retention, operational efficiency, and revenue influence

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms with a proven track record of driving adoption and measurable business outcomes
  • Strong business acumen, with experience building business cases, prioritizing initiatives, and understanding P&L dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results without direct authority
  • Exceptional communication skills across technical and executive audiences
  • Experience applying "whole product" approaches that integrate software, services, and operational processes
  • Data-driven decision maker, able to translate large datasets into actionable priorities
  • Nice to have: experience with AI/automation, web technologies, content management systems, and accessibility standards
