🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to assess needs, identify technical requirements, and recommend solutions
• Deliver IT consulting services across infrastructure, software, systems, or cloud environments
• Assist in planning, implementing, and supporting technology projects
• Troubleshoot issues and provide prompt technical support and resolutions
• Configure systems, tools, and environments based on client requirements
• Prepare documentation, reports, and user guides where needed
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless solutions
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across client environments
• Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and reliable follow-through

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in IT consulting, technical support, or systems administration
• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and business applications
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements
• Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote work environment
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work
