Marketing Programs Manager – EMEALocation: Remote (UK-based preferred)

Department: Go-to-Market | Marketing

Reporting Line: Lifecycle Marketing Lead

Role Overview:

The Marketing Programs Manager will lead the execution of regional and global marketing initiatives across EMEA, APAC, and the US. This includes managing webinars, virtual events, and trade shows, with a focus on driving engagement and supporting business growth. The role sits within the Lifecycle Marketing team and collaborates closely with Sales, Product, and Solutions teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver marketing programs across multiple regions, including webinars, virtual events, and in-person trade shows
  • Partner with regional sales teams and vendors to execute EMEA events aligned with global demand generation goals
  • Manage logistics and promotion for global webinars, including post-event follow-up
  • Support APAC campaigns tailored to local market needs, including platform-specific promotions and event coordination
  • Collaborate with agencies and third-party partners for program execution
  • Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and success metrics
  • Maintain marketing calendars and document quarterly plans
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices for global program delivery

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Proven experience in webinar and event execution
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and campaign workflows
  • Experience managing multi-region marketing initiatives (EMEA and APAC)
  • Ability to collaborate across global teams in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Willingness to travel for in-person events in EMEA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with webinar platforms (e.g. ON24)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Wrike)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Background in B2B SaaS or international marketing environments
  • Experience engaging technical personas (e.g. engineering, product teams)
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organisation across time zones

Working Conditions:

  • Remote-first role with flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.
  • Occasional travel required for EMEA events.
