Technical Project Manager | £550 - £700 We're working with a global IT services powerhouse delivering digital transformation for the world's most complex enterprise environments on this exciting opportunity. Take the lead on high-impact Infrastructure and Application decommissioning projects within a massive enterprise ecosystem. This is a rare, high-day-rate part-time contract (2-3 days per week) perfect for a seasoned PM who excels at managing complex dependencies across Servers, Storage, and Networking while driving momentum in a fast-paced environment. The Role

• Lead the end-to-end decommissioning and retirement of legacy Infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, storage arrays, and network hardware.
• Orchestrate complex application shutdowns across Operations and Engineering teams, ensuring all data archiving and deletion policies are strictly met.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies within Shared Hosting environments and Cloud migrations to ensure zero business disruption.
• Drive project momentum by proactively identifying risks, tracking milestones, and delivering high-level status reporting to senior technical stakeholders.
• Oversee large-scale IT estate optimization, focusing on system shutdowns and infrastructure lifecycle management.

What You'll Need

• Extensive experience as a Technical Project Manager specifically delivering Infrastructure Decommissioning or Data Centre Migration projects.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT stacks, including Servers, SAN Storage, Networking (Cisco/Juniper), and Shared Hosting architectures.
• Proven ability to manage "Inside IR35" enterprise contracts and navigate complex corporate governance and reporting structures.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Senior Technical Leads and Business Partners.
• Proactive approach to project delivery—you don't just track tasks; you drive the initiative and remove blockers before they stall progress.
