Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with strong knowledge of the football and sports industry. This person will play a key role in managing projects from planning to delivery, ensuring that all productions run smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication remains clear across all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience working with major clients, high-level personalities, and international companies, and understands how to operate in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. This role will work closely with the founders, translating strategic and creative direction into clear action points and making sure every detail is executed at the highest level.

This is a fully remote role, and candidates must be based in Europe. As our projects move quickly and often involve clients across football, media, and talent, this role requires someone who is highly responsive, flexible, and comfortable being in frequent contact by phone and message throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate projects from initial concept through final delivery
• Maintain full overview of timelines, deliverables, priorities, and internal workflows
• Act as a central point of communication between leadership, clients, creatives, freelancers, and external partners
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the expected quality standard
• Manage day-to-day communication with football clubs, agencies, brands, and talent representatives
• Organize internal processes and keep all project stakeholders aligned
• Anticipate challenges early and solve problems efficiently
• Support the founders by turning strategic and creative direction into structured execution
• Be consistently available and responsive for ongoing project communication in a fast-moving remote environment

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in media, sports, production, or creative industries
• Strong understanding of the football and wider sports landscape
• Based in Europe
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with major brands, clients, or public personalities
• Comfortable working remotely while staying highly responsive and reachable by phone
• Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects at the same time
• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and highly reliable
• Experience in production, digital media, social media, CGI, or AI-driven creative workflows is a strong advantage
