The Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale business change and technology-focused projects, ensuring robust project performance across scope, time, and quality.
• Drive organizational transformation by optimizing operating models and implementing new ways of working across cross-functional teams.
• Take full ownership of project financials, including complex budget management, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Support platform owners and technical leads to execute roadmap priorities, identifying risks and blockers before they impact delivery.
• Act as a bridge between international hubs, leading planning, tracking, and reporting activity for executive-level management.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Change Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager within the Insurance, Financial Services, or high-volume Contact Centre sectors.
• A track record of success in technology-focused environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of digital transformation and technical roadmaps.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and influence senior leadership on strategic direction.
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing substantial project budgets and complex financial forecasting.
• Solid understanding of organizational design, operating models, and modern delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
