Senior Project Manager

We are partnering with a leading software vendor that specialises in delivering critical healthcare solutions. This company is at the forefront of digital transformation within the healthcare sector, providing impactful technology that streamlines operations for healthcare providers. The Role

• Manage a portfolio of complex enterprise software implementation projects for key clients in the healthcare sector
• Lead project teams to deliver mission-critical software solutions into live healthcare environments
• Improve project efficiency and effectiveness through process and tool enhancements
• Oversee all project management activities from end-to-end, including risk, resource, and change management
• Manage financial control, executive stakeholder relationships, and solution team coordination
• Generate comprehensive project documentation and status reports, and lead internal and external project meetings

What You'll Need

• Proven experience delivering enterprise clinical/healthcare software solutions to the NHS from a vendor perspective
• Track record of managing significant projects (1-3 years duration, €1-2M+ budgets, multiple trusts)
• Experience with clinical/healthcare applications such as PACS, RIS, EPR, EHR, PAS, LIMS, LIS, ePMA
• PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification is essential
• Strong matrix leadership skills, both internal and external, with excellent client and stakeholder management abilities
• Expertise in project control, planning, documentation, financial management, risk management, and governance
