SAP PM EMEA Freelance (English and French)

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Freelancer to join the IT team of a global market leader in full-line range of chemical & ingredient products, being responsible for overseeing SAP projects across EMEA South and West clusters.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing projects involving SAP (ECC6) and other business applications. In addition, the role involves demand management, prioritization, communication & reporting in collaboration with IT business partners and aligning with the Global IT PMO. The role will report directly to the IT Business Partner South cluster and to the IT Business Partner West cluster.

What are the requirements?

• Multilingual: English, Spanish, French fluency.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a regional context.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC6.
• Experience in demand management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficient in project management tools, with expertise in ASANA and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have :

• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Multilingual: Italian.
• Strong knowledge of S4HANA.

Which are the main tasks?

• IT Business Partner support:

Regular alignment with the local IT Business Partner and Regional PM. Follow the strategies and priorities defined on projects by the IT Business Partner.

• ERP Project Management:

Lead and oversee end-to-end project management for ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• ERP Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP(ECC6) and other relevant platforms.

Provide guidance on best practices and solutions within the ERP landscape.

• M&A IT Post Merger Integration Management:

Support the IT Business Partner and oversee end-to-end project management for M&A post-merger integration implementations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Demand Management:

Collaborate with IT Business Partners to understand project demands and requirements.

Prioritize projects based on organizational goals and strategic objectives.

Submits and overview projects Demand Intake in alignment with IT procedure in place.

• Stakeholder Communication:

Effectively communicate project updates, timelines, and potential risks to stakeholders.

Foster positive relationships with internal and external project partners.

• Project Reporting:

Utilize company dedicated tools to create and maintain project timelines, tasks, and milestones, in alignment with local IT Business Partner.

Generate regular reports on project progress and key performance indicators.

Utilize company tool to report the progress in Change Management.

Preferred the knowledge of Asana and ServiceNow tools.

• Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Continuous Improvement:

Suggest process improvements to enhance project management efficiency.

• Resource Allocation:

Collaborate with resource managers to allocate resources effectively for project success.

Optimize resource utilization across multiple projects.
