We are a boutique talent acquisition consultancy specialized in strategic recruitment for international corporate expansions. On behalf of a private European group, we are seeking an elite, bilingual Project Manager to lead operational workflows in Europe.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be the trusted link between visionary leadership and international operations, ensuring seamless execution of complex projects. This is a high-impact role requiring cultural intelligence, linguistic mastery, and a proactive, crisis-management mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams across European locations.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.

Perform risk assessments and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

Facilitate clear communication between multicultural stakeholders, including English-speaking teams.

Hard Skills

✅ Full Professional Fluency in English (Mandatory)

✅ MUST be based in Portugal, Hungary, or Slovakia (mandatory and strategic need)

✅ Proven experience as a Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred)

✅ Proficient with project management software (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project)

✅ Strong data analysis and operational reporting capabilities]
