eDiscovery Project Manager - $125,000 to $135,000 - United States

About the Opportunity

A growing eDiscovery consultancy is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager who can hit the ground running and make an impact from day 1. You will be managing an array of clients as a trusted advisor and eDiscovery SME. With the support in processing and production, you will oversee projects from start to finish, QC throughout and conduct in-depth analysis. The ideal candidate will be currently working at, or have previously worked at, a consultancy.

Location: United States (remote)

Key Responsibilities of this eDiscovery Project Manager:

• Act as the primary client contact for end-to-end eDiscovery project management across the EDRM lifecycle.
• Work directly in Relativity, managing data processing, analytics workflows, review preparation and productions.
• Design and implement defensible, efficient workflows tailored to client requirements.
• Advise clients on best practices for data strategy, review optimisation, TAR and analytics.
• Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple concurrent matters.
• Oversee quality control processes and ensure production meets technical and legal standards.
• Support business growth through strong client relationship management and consultative engagement.

Key Qualifications of this eDiscovery Project Manager:

• 4+ years of eDiscovery project management experience within a consultancy, vendor or law firm environment.
• Strong hands-on experience using Relativity for processing, analytics and productions is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of the EDRM and litigation lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to balance client service and project efficiency.
• Full US work authorisation required.
