Engineering Manager Roles (Remote – USA Time Zones)Compensation: Up to $250,000 + equity

We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, VC-backed AI-native platform that is redefining how modern businesses manage financial planning, reporting, and forecasting. With strong funding and a roster of high-profile enterprise clients, the company is expanding its leadership team and hiring two Engineering Managers.

1. Engineering Manager – Applied AI

You will lead the Applied AI team, building and optimizing AI agents for financial planning and analysis. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of engineering and AI product development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ software engineering, 2+ in a management role focused on AI
• Proven experience owning AI application products in startups or unstructured environments
• Strong Python skills; experience with GCP, TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, BigQuery
• Solid grounding in computer science fundamentals
• Ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams

2. Engineering Manager – Full Stack

You will lead the Web & Add-ins team, owning the development and delivery of user-facing applications and integrations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ software engineering, 2+ in a management role
• Experience shipping high-quality user-facing products in fast-paced environments
• Strong experience with GCP, MongoDB, and BigQuery
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
