Product Manager – Digital Platforms | Hungary | Remote or Hybrid

Empiric are working with a leading publishing, business intelligence, and events organisation looking for a Product Manager to join a growing digital team.

You’ll own the roadmap and delivery across event technology products, including registration, ticketing, and end-to-end customer journeys, with a focus on improving user experience, adoption, and conversion.

Key Expectations

• Proven Product Management experience (event management preferred)
• Strong understanding of event workflows (registration, ticketing, scheduling, engagement)
• Ability to translate customer needs into requirements and user stories
• Experience working in Agile environments

Key Skills

• Product requirements writing (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Agile/Scrum delivery (backlog management, sprint cycles)
• Data analysis (SQL, Excel, or Power BI)
• Defining and tracking product metrics (conversion, retention, engagement)
• Working directly with engineering on feature delivery
• Feature prioritisation and roadmap ownership
• Understanding of the full SDLC

Nice to Have

• Experience with event platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, EventMobi)
• Exposure to CRM or marketing automation integrations
