Senior Product Manager

• 6+ years in product management, with extensive hands-on involvement in healthcare SaaS, payer-to-payer integrations, IT consolidation, or data products.
• Proven track record in facilitating story map prioritization and coordinating complex epics involving data consolidation (e.g., using Snowflake, AWS, or similar) and payer affiliation work.
• Experience acting as a bridge or peer supporter in cross-functional teams, helping align priorities without formal management responsibilities.
• Strong data background required, including expertise in data warehousing (Snowflake preferred), SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and integration tools. Deep understanding of healthcare IT ecosystems, including payer systems, APIs, and standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI).
• Experience with agile methodologies, product roadmapping tools (e.g., for story mapping), and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of payer-to-payer dynamics, IT consolidation strategies.
