Job Title: Project Manager – Communication & Events

Location: Washington DC (Remote)

Duration: 6+ month contract

Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / 401k

Position Responsibilities:

• Proactively schedule and manage executive meetings, speaker prep sessions, and cross-team syncs
• Serve as the communication hub between product, marketing, regional, and executive teams
• Support projects in project management tools, ensuring all deliverables and dependencies are tracked
• Coordinate intake, routing, and approval of various content assets
• Partner with show production leads during event execution

Essential Skills, Experience:

• 5–7+ years managing projects, executive communications, or cross-team operations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience coordinating among multiple stakeholders
• Expertise in booking executive meetings, managing calendars, and working under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient with project management tools like Wrike
• Comfortable with handling deadlines, working across time zones, and different cultures
