Product Manager (Remote)

Position: Elite Product / Project Managers (Big Tech Experience) Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $85–$120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact initiatives focused on evaluating, comparing, and optimizing next-generation code agents.
• Assess how code agents perform across real-world software development workflows and open-source codebases.
• Drive structured evaluation, prioritization, and optimization efforts for advanced engineering tools.
• Translate technical findings into clear insights, recommendations, and project updates.
• Support and transition into expert project management roles for upcoming software engineering projects.
• Collaborate asynchronously with engineering, research, and stakeholder teams while maintaining strong execution standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software product management or project management within top-tier tech companies, AI firms, or similarly demanding environments.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience using code agents in real-world or open-source codebases.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field from a leading university.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, and structured problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical and business requirements.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
