Fully Remote – Full Stack Software Engineer – Full TimeWhat we’re looking for:

We’re a small team (4 people, hiring our 5th) transitioning from a services-heavy model into building our own products. That means there’s a lot of variety in the work, and we’re looking for someone able to learn new things quickly and experiment as we figure things out. We value adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to pick up new tools and approaches as needed. Most of what you’ll work on will be web-based products, but the exact mix of projects may shift as we grow.

Details:

• Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000/year
• Benefits: $6,000/year healthcare stipend, 3 weeks PTO, 10 paid holidays + sick time off
• Location: Fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates in UT, TX, or AZ
• Employment: Full-time W2

Hiring process:

• 15 minute intro call
• 30 minute interview
• 1 hour informal conversation
• 2 week trial period (at full pay)
