Senior Full Stack Engineer

Emanda Ventures has an opportunity for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our consulting team. You’ll be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of applications across a diverse range of projects and industry verticals.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Emanda Ventures, you will:

• Design, build, and enhance client applications from early concept through launch and beyond.
• Develop MVPs using modern technologies and rapid app-building frameworks.
• Work across the stack, building front-end interfaces and back-end architecture with tools such as React, NestJS/NextJS, HTML/CSS, and PostgreSQL.
• Containerise and deploy applications using Docker, with GitOps-driven workflows.
• Integrate applied AI and cloud-hosted LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI) to automate workflows and extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Leverage cloud infrastructure and services to deliver scalable, secure solutions and platforms. We want to build not just MVP/MLPs but initial versions of our clients' products.
• Take ownership of DevOps responsibilities, deploying solutions into production and supporting them post-launch.
• Support sales and leadership teams, providing pre-sales technical expertise and third-level customer support where needed.
• Work in an agile environment, collaborating across disciplines and adapting to evolving project needs.
• Drive project delivery, ensuring milestones are met and solutions are delivered on time.
• Help develop and build junior engineers where required.What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a mainstream programming language (e.g. NestJS, JavaScript, Node, React)
• Practical experience working with applied AI and developing against cloud-hosted LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI)
• Proven experience in developing and deploying software
• Knowledge of building full-stack web applications using open-source and cloud technologies
• Curiosity for technology, with the ability to balance engineering trade-offs against business outcomes
• A desire to learn new technologies and solve complex problems
• Adaptability and comfort working in an evolving environment with some level of ambiguity
• Learning agility alongside proven technical experience
