Senior Full Stack Engineer

Emanda has an opportunity for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their start up team. You will be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of the Emanda App!

What you'll do:

• Build and enhance features on the Emanda App, from concept to deployment.
• Application Development React, Nest js, HTML/CSS, Java, PostgreSQL, API’s
• Docker and Elastic Container Service, all our apps are tested and deployed using Docker.
• Develop features that use applied AI and cloud-hosted LLMs to automate business workflows in code and extract insights from structured/unstructured data.
• Experience with AWS and AWS Services
• DevOps, we are responsible for delivery into production and support once it is there. We use GitOps to deploy to the cloud.
• Support the Sales and Leadership team with presales and L3 support where required.
• Work in a cross functional team, following agile delivery principles.
• Work across the stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end architecture.

What we're after:

• 5 + years of experience in a mainstream programming language (e.g. NestJS, JavaScript, Node, React).
• Practical experience with applied AI and development against cloud-hosted LLMs (OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI etc).
• Experience developing and deploying software.
• Knowledge in building full-stack web products using open source and cloud technologies.
• Curiosity for technology and the ability to balance the trade-offs between engineering and business outcomes.
• A desire to learn new things and solve problems.
• Someone who can adapt and thrive in an evolving environment and be ok with ambiguity.
• Experience working with FinTech products is a massive plus, as well as the ability to work with file systems and document management.
• Learning agility alongside existing and proven experience.
