The Project Coordinator I role is designed to provide essential administrative and project coordination support for various departments and projects. This position plays a key role in managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects stay on schedule, while fostering positive relationships with external partners. The role offers opportunities to develop project management skills and contributes directly to the successful execution of projects.
3. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Complete assigned project work within deadlines
• Capture meeting notes, action items, and deliverables
• Communicate regularly with external partners
• Support work plans, scheduling, agendas, meeting minutes, and deliverable tracking
• Maintain file-sharing platforms and manage data entry and data management
4. Requirements:
• Associate degree required
• Minimum two years of related experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively
• Emotional intelligence
• Interest in advancing project management skills
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Preferred experience in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent environments
