We're working with a leading national provider of technology-driven safety and regulatory compliance services on this exciting opportunity.

This is a high-impact role designed for a delivery-focused leader ready to spearhead complex software implementations and system integrations across a rapidly expanding group. You will play a pivotal role in the company’s M&A strategy, ensuring newly acquired businesses are seamlessly onboarded onto a modern, integrated cloud-based technology landscape featuring HubSpot, Sage Intacct, and SimPro.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of critical technology initiatives, including major software implementations and technical platform enhancements across the national group.

• Drive the technical onboarding of newly acquired companies, ensuring data alignment, system architecture consistency, and process standardisation.

• Spearhead the integration of core business systems including CRM (HubSpot), ERP (Sage Intacct), and Job Management software (SimPro).

• Partner closely with the Transformation team and senior stakeholders to maintain rigorous project governance, risk management, and reporting standards.

• Facilitate workshops and manage vendor relationships to ensure all technology delivery aligns with enterprise-level standards and scalable architecture.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as an IT Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager managing multi-platform software implementation and system integration programmes.

• Hands-on experience coordinating projects within integrated cloud-based ecosystems, specifically involving HubSpot, Sage Intacct, SimPro, or similar ERP/CRM/Finance tools.

• A structured, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive technical transformation at pace.

• Exceptional communication and organisational skills with a deep understanding of IT governance, project planning, and technical risk mitigation.

• Experience in business transformation or M&A integration environments is highly desirable.
