About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity, supporting our operations across LATAM and North America. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who is passionate about automation, infrastructure management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure to support our rapidly growing platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, experience working in fast-paced environments, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Bash, Python, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure to support our platform.
• Automate deployment processes and build CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable software releases.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for high availability and efficiency.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard data and infrastructure from threats.
• Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and integration efforts.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure, processes, and standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions to improve our DevOps practices.
